us4us Ltd is a Polish hi-tech company headquartered in Warsaw that specializes in research and development of advanced, customizable ultrasound systems for both medical and industrial applications. The firm focuses on creating sophisticated electronic system designs and delivers advanced ultrasound research systems optimized for software-defined ultrasound applications and GPU processing. Their product portfolio includes the family of us4R™ platforms – programmable ultrasound research systems capable of high-speed raw data acquisition and streaming. Another line of products is the us4OEM™ family of ultrasound front-end modules designed for direct integration into end-user systems and solutions.

Our role in the SEISMIC project
Us4us is actively involved in two key work packages:
- WP 4: Minimally Invasive Brain Tumour Surgery
- WP 5: Intraoperative Ultrasound Imaging Solutions
The planned development encompasses:
- Integration of the us4R and us4R-lite ultrasound research platforms with an active Oldelft matrix-array ultrasound probe;
- Development of programmable software interfaces for probe control and raw data acquisition;
- Integration and optimisation of advanced GPU processing capabilities for handling raw ultrasound data.
